Terms & Conditions for 1/1 NFT Release: 1. Introduction: 1.1 These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the purchase, ownership, and use of the 1/1 Non-Fungible Tokens ("NFTs") and associated digital content. 2. NFT Ownership: 2.1 The purchaser of the 1/1 NFT ("Token Holder") is granted ownership of the on-chain digital artwork associated with the NFT. 3. Intellectual Property: 3.1 The Token Holder acknowledges that the intellectual property rights to the on-chain digital artwork remain with the creator SYARAWI. 3.2 The Token Holder grants SYARAWI the right to use, reproduce, and display the on-chain digital artwork for promotional purposes. 4. Merchandising Rights: 4.1 SYARAWI retains the exclusive right to produce and sell physical merchandise, posters, or any other tangible goods based on the 1/1 NFT artwork. 4.2 The Token Holder agrees not to reproduce or commercially exploit the on-chain digital artwork for physical merchandise without the express written consent of SYARAWI. 5. Limited License: 5.1 SYARAWI grants the Token Holder a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the on-chain digital artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. 6. Prohibited Uses: 6.1 The Token Holder agrees not to use the on-chain digital artwork for any commercial purposes without obtaining prior written consent from SYARAWI. 7. Dispute Resolution: 7.1 Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization], and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. 8. Governing Law: 8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. 9. Amendments: 9.1 SYARAWI reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on the official website or through other communication channels. 10.
