step 1: design stage
*Our Core, the foundation of a good build.
step 2: submissions
*Approval of Building Plan submission (A)
may take between 1-6months, depending on the local authority involved.
*Approval of Planning submission (B) may take between 6-12months,
depending on the local authority involved.
*Approval of Both Building Plan & Planning submission (C= A+B)
may take between 1-18months,
the extremes depending on the local authority involved.
step 3: tendering stage (costings)
step 4: building stage > CCC
