10-20% of total construction costs with a minimum of RM 80,000.00 base fees

Renovations (Semi-D / Bungalow):

10-20% of total construction costs with a minimum of RM 100,000.00 base fees
New Build : 

10-20% of total construction costs with a minimum of RM 180,000.00 base fees

 

Interior Design Consultancy :

Apartments:

10-20% of total construction costs with a minimum of RM 40,000.00 base fees
Individual Houses : 

10-20% of total construction costs with a minimum of RM 80,000.00 base fees
 

F&B (within mall) : 

10-20% of total construction costs with a minimum of RM 50,000.00 base fees
 

F&B (normal shoplot w/out Management office) : 

10-20% of total construction costs with a minimum of RM 40,000.00 base fees
