13-20% of total construction costs with a minimum of RM 100,000.00 base fees

Renovations (Semi-D / Bungalow):

13-20% of total construction costs with a minimum of RM 150,000.00 base fees
New Build : 

13-20% of total construction costs with a minimum of RM 180,000.00 base fees

 

Interior Design Consultancy :
Individual Houses : 

13-20% of total construction costs with a minimum of RM 100,000.00 base fees
 

F&B (within mall) : 

13-20% of total construction costs with a minimum of RM 60,000.00 base fees

(for every 2,400 sqft)
 

F&B (normal shoplot w/out Management office) : 

13-20% of total construction costs with a minimum of RM 50,000.00 base fees

(for every 2,400 sqft)
